‘Mahama will be worse if he becomes President again’ – Ayariga
The Founder and Leader of All People’s Congress (APC) Dr. Hassan Ayarigah has strappingly insisted that the former president John Dramani Mahama will not succeed should he win elections and become leader again.
He has predicted worse and undue hardship in Ghana for the return of Mr. Mahama stressing that Ghanaians shouldn’t make the mistake to ever shrill and thrill over his return.
Former President John Dramani Mahama seems to be standing tall among others to lead the National Democratic Congress (NDC) into the next general elections in 2024.
Even though he has not officially declared the intention to become the flagbearer, it is obvious that the rank and file of the party will on any day elect him to lead going into the 2024 polls.
People have argued that his recent donation of an amount of GH¢1,380,000 to the party to help support the conduct of the constituency elections proves his curiosity to contest the flagbearer position and lead the party again
However, Mr. Hassan Ayariga, who was speaking in an interview with Onua TV Thursday, October 27, 2022, counseled the former president to resist and decline any attempt by the party echelons to persuade him to lead them into the 2024 elections.
